Another way to view the shifts in voter support of La Follette Progressivism is by examining maps portraying patterns of voting in Wisconsin. Maps for all La Follette elections between 1916 and 1940 are reproduced on the following pages so as to display as fully as possible the loci of La Follette strength and weakness. The quantiles of each map are grouped according to the percentage of voters favoring the La Follette candidacy in each county, but the reader should note that the percentages in each quantile vary from map to map.
